Fryeburg fair founded in 1851 is maine's blue ribbon classic agricultural fair featuring the best of farming traditions, exhibits, competitions, horse pulls & racing, woodsmen's field day, firemen's muster, rides & night shows. Most of these animals are entered in the fair in a “showmanship class” and a “market class.”
